What This Warranty Covers:

Defects in materials or workmanship that result in the belt malfunctioning during standard use.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or neglect.
  • Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, scuffs, or fading.
  • Alterations or repairs made by unauthorized parties.
  • Damage caused by exposure to extreme conditions, such as water, chemicals, or excessive heat.

Warranty Claim Process:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
  2. Evaluation: We will assess the problem to determine if it falls under our warranty coverage.
  3. Resolution: If covered, we will repair or replace the belt at no additional cost to you.
