Refund policy
Cavalier's 30-Day Return Policy
Beyond the cooling-off period of 14-days, we offer an extended 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item if it doesn’t meet your expectations.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase, such as a invoice, is required.
Important: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
- Log in to your account on our website.
- Go to your order history and select the order you wish to return.
- Click ‘Request Return’ and provide a reason for the return.
- Wait for approval – You’ll receive a confirmation once your request is reviewed.
- Send back your item using the provided return instructions.
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund in accordance with our refund policy.
Return Fee
A small return fee of €7,95 will be deducted from your refund amount. This fee covers handling and processing costs.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:
- Your item is defective or damaged.
- You received the wrong item.
We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized items.
- Gift cards.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original product and place a new order once your return is approved.
