Cavalier's 30-Day Return Policy

Beyond the cooling-off period of 14-days, we offer an extended 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item if it doesn’t meet your expectations.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase, such as a invoice, is required.

Important: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


How to Start a Return

  1. Log in to your account on our website.
  2. Go to your order history and select the order you wish to return.
  3. Click ‘Request Return’ and provide a reason for the return.
  4. Wait for approval – You’ll receive a confirmation once your request is reviewed.
  5. Send back your item using the provided return instructions.

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund in accordance with our refund policy.

Return Fee

A small return fee of €7,95 will be deducted from your refund amount. This fee covers handling and processing costs.


Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:

  • Your item is defective or damaged.
  • You received the wrong item.

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Gift cards.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original product and place a new order once your return is approved.
